Yestereday we were saddened to hear about Heath Ledger's death , so unexpected , an actor that kept low profile and wasn't under the paparazzo spell , makes you wonder the unfairness of life , leavin a 2 year old dauther behind, nonetheless we were stunned .
The media is already coverng the story extensively , this is just our space to lash out and share your thoughts , its so sad especially when a life is cut so short , 28 is too young for no matter who it is , last year a liffle less that an year ago the world was stunned by Anna Nicole's Smith passing and now Ledger .
Our thoughts and prayers go out to friends and family and fans who are griveing over this tragic news
Take care of yourselves and live life to the fullest , these moments make you wonder that living life everyday to the fullest should be the only moto .

In ordewr to be agood hostess there a few tips and tricks that you can follow :
1-make the food bite size , small quiches canapÉs

2.avoid lavish decorations that can be broken , opt for a nice bowls filled with flowers or bowls of figs that bring the holiday spirit without worrying about drunken guest nightmares.

Halloween's over and now chritmas , as you all know this is the 'say anything ' area and these past few weeks have been well kind of roller coaster !the reason why i have not written in here in a while is as you all don't know it is kind of exam periods ( for those of you who are still in school know that caffeine becomes you best friends and sleepless nights are your only must have !) but what is a girl to do when her favovorite band comes to town ( yes Bon Jovi ladies ) and she has to work , study and prep for the soirée? nothing less that live in the moment and toos away the books and rock t'il dawn ! just incase check your listing because Bon Jovi is coming to town.!
Ok that is the tacky 80's side of me , i love writing in here and don't know if any of your reallly reads it but it's therapeutic and fun , a place to ventilate and share gossip and anything that comes to mind ..
Last night i was waching all access on VH! and it was about hollywood best friends , it's funny because i alwasy thought that Carrie and Samantha were friends off the show ? anyways after some thought i came to think about my friendships the makes and breaks and when it comes down to it there is a different reality and dynamic between men and women in the sense that men , amongst themselves , have a different communication and a more sincere way of doing things ( come on don't frown !you know it's kinda true ) wereas women are filled with jealousy and unfriendly competition , backstabbing and yeah well more backstabbing , you see it in Hollywood and unfortunately it happens in real life !If you are lucky enough to have a good friend , one that you can talk to when your down , laugh when your up and basically feel closer that family then you must sherish it ....
Enough let's get down to business , Chritmas is coming and you need to prep for you shopping list so if you visit the fashion section there is the new Juicy Couture line , gorgeous items and Hollywood was feeling Merry Juicy too this week as they attended the Grand opening of the store n Rodeo Drive ( totally worth it byt the way , in case you haven't jet setted to Sin City you must head down to the forum shops and ravage the Juicy sotre whicth has some delicious delicacies .

hope you are all doing well . let's review the past few weeks in the celebrity world , since we have last written Brit brit has lost custody of her children whicth was sad at first but by the way she reacted consequestly to her hearing , i dont know if it's really a bad thing the sad part of this story are the children because clearly K-fed has been low key in anticipation of this trial , if he was an unfir father to his first two children what makes him daddy of the year now ? the kids look really sad and Britney need to get her stuff in gear when she decided to play house we Kev she should have thought of all the possibilities before bringing these innocent children into this world., seriously ...
Another thought Lindsay Lohan left re-hab and herself as well as Nicole Richie shared the same lawyer who got them off pretty lightly , but they share their lawyer with... Kiefer Sutherland , 24's Jack Bauer who , in case you haven't heard also got arrested on DUI but Kiefer got ...48 days of jail so the question is uhhh.... why ?????? and her actually really works for a living so those Lindsay but let's get real what does Nicole do again ?
Last and not least , do you all remeber who made Nicole's wonderful style and trasformed her into a style 'icon' as they say ? Stylist to the star Rachel Zoe ....and why are we writing about her ? because she wrote a book a to zoe , a guide to living like a celebrity so , we dont ususally review books , but this one was part of the job so here is the verdict unless you can fford to travele first class pay 300$ for a cashmere throw and have a Luois Vitton Carry on ...oh and have lucious Missoni 1695$ linen's on your bed the verdict is dont spend a penny on the book ...not worth it .

we missed you , in case you haven't seen we posted some preview of Lauren Conrad's and Pete Wentz's collection whitch lead us to the following question once you are branded a celebrity , is there anything out your reach?
Ok so first J.Lo , then J.T followed by Jessica Simpson , Gwen , Madonna , SJP , Beyonce , Lauren , Pete , Jay Z , Puffy ...not to forget Paris ...even the little Amanda Bynes has her own line , not to mention Supermodel.s Gisele designing flip flops , Kate Moss for Top Shop and the list goes on and on .In all fairness this issue must be addressed , and ladies forcasting into entering as a fashion designer here is the word of advice :Branding . Branding is the fundamentals of making a business work we can't deny that these stars are absolutely 100% not qualified to be designers maybe except for Lauren Conrad who actually does attend a fashion designing school .Here we are all trying to make a few bucks and work , when everything is handed to them on a platinum platter ! What about these students who have one thing in mind as they enter fashion designing facility's and are left indebted and end up , if they are lucky , snagging a job as a second assistant to a designer and that is if they are lucky.
The truth of the matter is theses big company's like DKNY or Steve and Barry's approach these stars and hand them the collection sketched and ready to go in exchange of their names whitch brings us back to branding !Only a few and really only a few actually give some input into what their lines or perfumes will be about .Is this what the fashion industry has become ? The sad news is yes , the good news is hooray for Indie label's but that can also only end up being a fad ....
Hope you enjoyed this little lesson folks we still are waiting for the next Coco so , don,t give up on chasing after your dreams because whoever you are , wherever you are with a lot of work , a little luck and 110% dedication your creations can knock down any 'celebrity designers' off their shelf....

Hope you all had a good weekend and i am sure most of you were set in front of your Tv sets last night waiting for the Britney comeback , the whole of MTV video awards were a wreck but the Britney part kinda was ...sad really for some photos check in celebrity gossip ...to expand mor on the matter there a few things that must be pointed out .She looked sappy and reallly bad actually perhpas it was booze or perhaps it was that she just was nervous maybe ? we are leaning towards booze and bad tastes..but really we couldnt help but wonder as we watched the whole generation starlettes that are a train wreck away from career homicide....and to think that these girls were given that chance to be who they are , to think that someone somewhere took a chance and the right marketing and gave that chance to be in the spotlight , fame and fortune and they waste it all away ...how many talented we encounter daily on our way to work school singing on the streets for some loose change or even in our local bars that have real talent and a real desire to get their voices or talents seen or heard .The time to feel sorry is over these 'celebrities' or 'stars ' have absolutely no recognition and no gratitude from the chance that they have been given and relly it is disgusting.here is the deal for all those starlettes , when you decide to be in that place and to be a star you are a role model and you will be followed and talked about and it is essentially their responsibility , part of their jobs or contracts to fill these tasks .Frankly as much as we love gossip and the celerity life , it would be nice to see more of the old shool icons like Celine or even Madonna who understtod and are grateful.
Thats it ladies for this week , oh yeah one more thing , Ou Fave Tommy Lee and Kid Rock fighting ? while Pam was presenting? whats up with that , Tommy we love you and are always in your corner but give it a rest your middle aged for cryin out loud

hope this week has been a good one for all of you , this week we are in the back to school or back to work mode and September is kind of the month where there are new beginnings for most of us .
As you have all read in our celebrity news , Christinna , Halle and Nicole are pregnant and it just seems everyone is getting the baby bug ... we congradulate them and wish them healthy little bundles of joy .
Speaking of bundles of joy we never really discuss our personal lives to you but you should all know that that bug has not hit us yet and we promise you would be the first to know if it does.
In rank of importance this week we continue our serious hunger for the HIlls and really as we browse through pages of mags you can't hide from the feuding duo of Lauren and Heidi and although we don't want to dedicate our diary to them their are a few things we need to get off our chests , first we are sooooo disliking Heidi/Spencer it's not even funny .Spence has such a control over Heidi and he is so psychotic , but on the other end we don't favor Lauren either , this week our flags up for Audrina if you didn't tune in on monday night you can watch them on the MTV website.
Enough with the Hills and moving on to a serious matter :shopping.We are actually kinda disapointed this season as things really aren't looking up , have you ever felt like there are nothing on the shelves anymore ...good thing we are here , although the whole window shopping thing is no longer our thing we try to find the cutes outfits for you online ...the hunt continues though ...we are working on a complatee wardrobe makeover , the challenge is to do so with a budget , so tune in for a wardrobe re-vamp whatever you piggy bank ....

Anywhoo , we always love to hear your opinions and whats interests you ... so this week we bring you the much anticipated sneak peek of yes the Heiresses' new line of clothing...our professional opiniopn , it's tackiness at it's best .. seriously the designs are bland and deja-vu all over them unlike JT or even Jessica who shocked us with things we would actually wear Paris's line screams ' oh today i wanna be a fashion designer , why? because i can !' and she did and the poor results speak for them selves , take a look if you dont belive us.

so technically we did write last week but you just didn't get to see it since after woriting our monday editorial our computers crashed and we lost some data ...anyways what we wanted to discuss was the whole Lindsay Lohan's arrest but since it is already yesterday's news , let,s just states that we feel sorry for her and that all these stars have to learn to get drivers already ! I mean with all the money they have one would tink they can afford to be driven around at least on party nighs anyways time will tell what the future holds for the starlet or future jail bird.
On another topic have , you all seen the picture of Bono with Penelope , ok so they claimed they were on vacation with their families and she is a good friend but come on Bono holding hands and out clubbing , ...we Believed in you and looked up to you in a cool ,rocker love my wife make great music , so delicious yet so untouchable type of way ...and then this ..such a betrayal such a gasp ! and with Cruz of all people ...the haters inside of us are coming to the surface but we will be cool and keep our cool , an explanation Bono that,s all we are asking for !
Enough with this insanity oh one another news that we heard and are investigating is that Paris yes the one and only Hilton Heiress might be Heiress no more , her Grandpa Hilton has taken away 60Million dollars of her heritage.and this ladies is called karma!

alrighty so the wait is over the newly changed Paris Hilton is free after all, she talks the talk but let,s see if she will walk the walk , speaking of walks she strutted her stuff upon release looking very demure , simple ...could it be that 23 days in jail has revitalised and changed the women ? i guess we will find out , our bet is she won't last a month but people can change ....
some sad news was reporetd after canadian wretsler Chris Benoit was found dead in his home in georigia this weekend , in case you haveNt heard he was part of the WWE and a very respected wrestler until... something happened , today it was reported he murdered his wife and 7 year old son by ending his own life.We don't really like to discuss depressing stuff here at LFR but it was so disturbing that it must be shared .
We don'ty know what can lead one to lose themselves and commit such gruesome actions...
Back to Paris it was such an event when she existed the jail to think that some people are stuck in the hole for years and years , the amazing thing about all this is how bad some of us are left feeling , sort of a ahhh poor Paris ordeal , after all she did the crime .
Thinking of all these celebrities they really need to get their actions is check , no seriously , some little 4 year old angel is looking up to her and to make it look 'OK ' or 'cool' is not the way to go .

Hello Ladies ,
it has been a long time , we were on hiatus for 10 days , we hope you are all doing well. Not much has happened expet , gosh nothing has changed since we last wrote in here , Hilton in jail really can affect the celebrity news industry !
Also it was one of our girls B-Day's this week , so Isa happy Birthday , we all wish you the best and everything your heart desires.
Oh and the only news i can talk about is the new Bon Jovi album. Listened to it a few times , hated it the first time around but then it kinda grows on you. It is slightly on the country side having been recorded in Nashville , but all in all , go get it if you are a fan and listen to it a few times. Tracks 12 and 9 are my favorites.

What a week wasn't it ? Paris in jail , out of Jail back in jail , she found god on a phone call she made to Barbara Walters this past weekend and she wants to stop 'acting dumb' what a revelation !We discussed paris Hilton enough , but if you still have somethoughts feel free to share and contact us .
A few things we wanted to discuss this week , the first being the news that yes...sobbing... Richie Sambora is in rehab , and ladies this must be discussed to some extent because as you all know one of our LFR girls is a complete Bon Jovi Freak and the reason we didn't update you all in our gossip section is that we were way too saddened and we wanted to respect the privacy of his family But Richie , if by any chance you do end up in this corner , we wish you the best of luck and our thoughts and prayers are with you !He really did have a tough year but we love him and respect his privacy and wish him well.
Moving on , but still on the same topic , Nicole Richie is kind of afraid of what the courts have in store for her but she will serve whatever is awaiting her , ok so we have an itch and since this is our website and we have the absolute priviledge of freedom of speech , then we shall practice our rights.Being law abiding citizens ourselves , yes ladies we are more on the goody goody side , these quote on quote celebrties , a.k.a they have seriousle not done anything special to become the subject of our curiosites , deserve once for all to serve the sentence that any other person would.D.U.I is bad enough but there should absolutely no leniency towards them maybe if one of them gets the deserving punishment then this will serve as precedence and maybe these starlets will learn once and for all!

We hope you are all doing great , we never really discussed a few things in the media although you might have spotted the headlines in our gossip column, today we received an e-mail from Motley.com to sign a petition to throw Paris Hilton in jail and it got us to think that we never really discussed this issue with all of you.You must've heard that there were petiioning for a reduced sentence whicth was granted down to 23 days , but still our favorite rockers , motley crue are not giving up and as we are loyal to the yummy band we will pass on the word ...just a few reminders of the path Mrs Hilton has taken to throw her in the gutterIn March 2007, the Los Angeles City's Attorney's Office filed a motion citing Hilton for violating the terms of her DUI probation, asking for 45 days in jail, even though the law allowed Paris to be sentenced to 90 days in jail. Hilton violated at least three conditions of her probation; driving at 70 mph without her headlights on in a 35 mph zone, driving with a suspended license, and failing to enroll in the court-ordered alcohol education program. All these would in fact have mots of us ripping out our nails but justice is lenient and either you agree or disagree if you are against the reduced sentence and would like your voices heard ...or are just totally pro the crue sign the petiion asking Arnold to apply the law to Paris and for justice to be served .

Hello Ladies , hope you had a great weekend and a great mothers day to all you mothers out there ... we have a new feature in Celebrity Gossip and we vote for our fashion disaster of the week , poor Kimberley Stewart but you would think a little Daddy's girl like that would have a fashion clue right! Speaking of clues , di you all know The Trumpster is now a grandfather ? Yep the Billionnaire mogul is a first time Granddaddy to a baby boy , lucky child !

Hope you are all well , we were on a week hiatus so we haven't written in here last week , kinda of a good thing also since , as you know we wouldn't have had the chance to have have seen that 'Must see American Idol' Last week to gush the wonders of wonderful Jon Bon Jovi , know ladies...please... how hot is he ?? seriously how HOOOOT is he ?.Lucky wife of his to snuggle with that handsome piece of man right ? That got us thinkin' .about summer and Hot men ...it just seems that all the lookers are instinct !!!, they just don't seem to make them like Jon anymore and why is that?I mean we have Brad yes Justin not so much but wondering the streets we have some serious Hot men disapearring act happening !

Mothers day is coming up and we don't know about you but we both were seriously blessed with some amazing mothers in our lives , the kind of Mom who rocks ! litterally , at showsn and everything ! and who were friends and mothers and that we were able to reach to at any time in our lives .It is important to make our Mom's feel special ... .You have to all plan out something very memorable this upcoming sunday a supper that you made or take her to a restaurant , have a spa day whatever it is don't ever forget the woman that is truly the most important one in your lives !

Hello Ladies ,
We had kind of all a rough week this past week , we were all bombarded by sad news and exposed to less than cheery media ... not that we can forget about it all but we should try our best to get back on our feet .
On a personal level we also had your ups and down but enough today we will discuss a few things on our minds .Let's begin by enjoying the official arrival of spring by taking a few seconds to breath and enjoy the new smells that surrounds us.As written a few weeks ago , the book the Secret By Ruth Byrne is the rage accross North America , to go more into detail , it discusses the laws of attraction and how we attract the things that we have or throughts that we carry.In order for the 'secret ' to work we must first and foremost give thanks and demonstarste gratitutde for what we have every day .Basically if you want something , anything be it health , wealth or anything in between you must feel as if you already possess it .You must enjoy and have the exact feeling that you would be in if you were at the place that you are hoping to be .The key word is not to say i wish , but more that you already are at that place .You have to completely negate the negative thoughts from your being completely .This is different from wishfully thinking it is a complete state of mind .
Now you get the exact big question , it has been weeks that i have put this to the test and as of yet nothing has happened , perhaps i am not completely in that frame of mind ? on the contrary disapointment after disapoinments beyond my control has arrose , but we shall never give up to the powers that the Secret holds and be persistent .!So for next week we ask you ladies to take the time to seriously visualise what it is that you want most and feel it , feel that you have it and incase you dont have the book yet , or prefer to watch the DVD , get it , watch and make a soirée out of it with loved one's.

hello ladies ,
It is a sad day today and we usually like discussing fun subjects , but we woke up to a devastating news about the school shooting at the Virgina Tech school this morning .We use this space to tell us what's on our minds and for those who read our diary you get a sense of what frame of mind we are in .But today we are absolutely saddened by the whole ordeal and the crazyness that leads to these kind of situtation.Are we at a plcae where we don't even feel safe attending schools or sending children to school , a place where it is supposed to be a safe haven?It is a sad society that we live in and although a lot of positive surrounds us , many negative events leaves us feeling unsafe and vulnerable .We wanted to discuss the evnts that have been allover the news last week , from Larry Birkhead being the father of Dannilynn , Anna niCole's Baby to the firing of radio host Imus whicth led many media to discusss the double standards of how african american women are treated .
But we will leave this discussion for next week , and we will leave by sending out condolenscences to the families of the victims

Hello Ladies ,
Today is Tuesday, we just wanted to 'spice things up a little' no seriously sometimes technology has it's cons and we were experiencing some difficulties. Just a quick recap on last weeks news, Brit has finally reached a settlement...thank god for that pre-nup so 1 Million of her assets will be coughed up to former hubby.
There 2 things or more precisely people we wanted to discuss today. Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake, more of Nelly then JT. We seriously don't understand why fellow Canadian Nelly Furtado is so damn all over the place, she can't sing, she can't dance and let's be real besides her baby blues she just don't look that good either ! This is far from a hate Nelly letter but seriously since having zero talent put someone on the map whitch leads us to JT. The two are just being forced upon us the listeners of radio. Honestly we dig Justin especially his clothing line William Rats , the Kid has talent and is kinda eye Candy but Nelly ?, come on DJ's, she will be yesterday's news within a few months and we can't wait for that day to come. It's not that we hate her as we said it's that she is not humble, modest, classy, she sings 'I'm a super model , si mami si mami' we can't wait to find the agency that signed her on as a super model.
A word of advice to untalented stardom seekers , team up with JT because he will bring just about anyone to stardom. And here , you read it , the Nelly Furtado: please stop playing her on the radio plea!

for a second time around have an encounter with the Fab Tommy so we hopped into the LFR mobile around 1 pm and cruised around town in the hopes of running into Tommy when around 2 pm without any luck we decided to park our ride in front of the venue where they would later be performing. And here it was right in front of our eyes was parked a fabulous tour bus, we knew that it was the bus we had been searching for the past hour or so ....what happened next? ...well you can imagine that being the independent women that we are we sat and waited in hopes of a glance. A few hours past and suddently there was movement around the bus, it should be said that we were starving and in urgent need of a coffee but nothing would get in the way of LFR and our Tommy ! So there was movement and movement there was when all of a sudden some gorgeous punky short man which had stepped out of the bus waived from accross the street. Evidently we waived back and this Hottie crossed the street, wearing a hoody in this cold weather, and introduced himself as Siggy the guitar player from the new group Dave Navarro put together: The Panic Channel. Being the sweet girls that we are we invited him into the car in order to protect him from the cold ! He entered the car and in a sure manner said : ''are you Tommy's girls ?'' 
we replied that of course we were and he proceeded by assuring us that OUR Tommy was doing a soundcheck. He finished his cigarette with us and went into the venue to let Tommy know that his girls were waiting for him outside ! You can all imagine that we didnt know what was going to happen but we anxiously waited prepping ourselves for the unexpected when ... right beneath our eyes a door opened and there he was, gorgeous , tall without a care in the world ...he was walking ... walking towards us ....Oh my god he was walking towards US !!!!! He leaned to the car accompanied by Siggy and said it perfectly only as Tommy would : '' Dude , two hot girls ! Oh man dude ! '' And he came over and leaned to our window ...did we panic ? Hell yes ...did it show ? Hell no ! We chatted and we flirted only the way god intended it, it was perfection. Needless to say we scored 2 front row tickets and the rest ... we gushed on his good looks and had a hell of a show and proceeded the partying until the wee hours at the Opera Nightclub where Tommy was performing and the Supernova afterparty was happening...Fact or fiction ? It's for us to know and for you to find out. Until next time we vote TOMMY LEE Our HOTTIE of the week and we thank you Tommy and Supernova for a kick ass evening and our friend Siggy and for the Hot new band The PANIC CHANNEL, another bunch of Hotties to put under our radar ! Thank you Steve, Siggy, Stephen and of course Dave Navarro for demonstrating that the true meaning of Rock 'n'Roll still exists .
Can we stop gushing over the gorgeous greek god from Athens Tommy Lee , from head to toe even from the rear view we absolutely cannot stop being in AWWW when faced with heart breaker Tommy Lee , let's lie for the sake of argument and pretend that it is the beat of his drums that makes our hearts pound but we would be lying. Face it ladies it is that tattoo filled bad boy , with a to die for smile that makes our stomach filled with tingly butterflies and that non-stopable dosage of coolness that he projects. As if Tommy Lee on his own wasn't perfect enough he managed to design even more perfect tee's and jeans that will be showcased in our
